Yes, there are two Trey Parkers...
The 'South Park' creator told the story during an interview:

...where he was told by the Screen Actors Guild that he had to change his name because there already was a Trey Parker (OUR Trey!!) who was a member of SAG.
Anyway, the 'South Park' creator told them that he would change his name for SAG, but it would be [something rude] and, according to the 'South Park' creator, SAG didn't press the issue anymore.

Trey McKay Parker got cheated! 

And just to clarify, he is NOT the same Trey Parker of South Park, Baseketball & Orgazmo fame
Did you know Trey and Chasen Hampton (Buzzfly, The Party, Mickey Mouse Club) are friends?
Question asked of Chase in an interview...

"Do you and Mike know the group EYC or something?"
Chase answers: "EYC is a boy bop band that my good buddy Trey is in. He is a great guy and a killer peformer."

After Trey toured with Tiffany as a back-up dancer, he continued to work with his fellow dancers (Damon Butler, Damon Sharpe and Dee Caspry)...

- Trey was in Newsies with Damon Butler and Dee Caspary.
- Trey and Damon Butler were members of the band EYC.
- Trey, Damon Sharpe and Damon Butler co-wrote the song, "Why'd You Lie to Me?" for Anastacia in 2001.
